National Prize of Philosophy Prize in Philosophy, aphorisms and "ideas" from all over Italy
The awarding of the 20 finalists Sunday, April 26
Praetorian Palace in The Prize, now in its third edition, is divided into five sections
Certaldo (FI ) - It will take place Sunday, April 26 in the Praetorian Palace, the closing ceremony of the third edition of the National Prize of Philosophy "Figures of Thought", conceived and promoted by Association National for Philosophical Practice, located in Certaldo, under the patronage of the Municipality of Certaldo and the Tuscany Region.
Competitors from all over Italy were 175 for five sections: aphorisms, absurd, philosophical journal, ideas for practical philosophy, haiku (short poem-philosophical). After a first selection, where the top finalists were chosen, the jury continued its work in February and has taken steps to indicate a wide range of finalists for each of the five sections in the competition. Subsequently, the jury composed of professors Montone, Lagana, Ghiandai and chaired by Dr. Mario Garner, chairman of the Prize, established the following order of winners:
SECTION APHORISMS: 1st Tiziana Gabrielli, 2) Enzo Carra, 3) Tortora Agostino and Stefano Cervini, Diploma of merit Carlo Corigliano. SECTION
ABSURD: 1) Alberto Gamberini, 2) Luigi Di Law, 3) Angela Maria Tiberi, Diploma of merit and Alessandra Ferrari Emanuela Ferrari.
PHILOSOPHICAL MAGAZINE SECTION: 1) Diogenes - philosophy today. SECTION
IDEA FOR PRACTICAL PHILOSOPHY: 1) Nuria Kanzian, 2) Anna Margarino, 3) Matthew De Bonis. SECTION
HAIKU: 1) Emanuele Abronzino, 2) Pierre Taboni, 3) Simone Magli, 3) Mattia Bozzola, Diploma of merit Alessandro Fei and Anna Cotton.
During the award ceremony Winners will read passages from their works.
Participation is open to all citizens,
